Athletics and Leisure

I am not an athletic person. Running a marathon just cannot compete with An Arsonist’s Guide to Writers Homes in New England or with a few fine cups of Java on the internet. I do not know if you agree that fishing is a sport (I know fish don’t) and it is by far too seldom that I find time for it. But, yes, a river runs through it. I do enjoy time in a kayak, even by myself – it does not have to be whitewater, but every bit of nature helps. I have taken to yoga, cycling, and Western riding and enjoy it enormously. A fixture on my long and daily growing list of hopes for free resources is time to practice crew, learn how to sail and scuba-dive, and see what havoc a girl can wreak with some degree of proficiency in krav maga.
